Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurant and San Juan del Sur and the shaded areas. The staff was attentive and delivered excellent service. Liked my huge and extremely spacious room, it had a private safe, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers.

Consider booking early morning beach shuttles for better access to the beach and enjoying a less crowded experience.

The administration was terrible and inefficient. Paying separately for every drink and meal was unacceptable, especially at a resort price. The pool area was overwhelmed with day guests, leading to a lack of loungers for paying guests like us.

we loved how close the hotel was to beautiful playas, with Playa San Juan del Sur being just under 3 km away and Christ of the Mercy only a short walk from the hotel, making our strolls feel effortless and enjoyable.

Fine accommodation, amazing surroundings, with a lovely private beach where I enjoyed walking at sunrise while sipping freshly brewed coffee and observing colorful tropical birds.

We enjoyed salsa nights and even fit in some yoga and surfing. The nature around the area is fine, and getting there was a beautiful drive through sugar cane fields and lakes. Just a heads up, bring your snacks for the beach, as it's pretty secluded.

We had issues with our room assignment. They moved us without notice, and the air conditioning wasn't great in the new room. Plus, there was a wedding that kept us up Saturday night with loud music.

Absolutely loved the pool area 🌊 It was a fine escape with excellent views. Be prepared for crowded days with day pass guests taking over sunbeds. Still a wonderful experience overall!

The hotel grounds were amazing, with lush greenery and fine mountain views. The food served at the restaurant was fresh and flavorful. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, especially with shuttle arrangements. Waking up to the serene garden view each morning was refreshing.

The service during peak hours could be overwhelming, and I often found myself waiting longer than expected for assistance.

The charming treehouse accommodations were exquisite, with easy access to the beautiful pools and lush gardens, making it very enjoyable for seniors like myself to navigate and explore.

Loud music during the day could disrupt relaxation.

Treecasa blew me away with its beautiful grounds. The bungalows were spacious, with a huge deck ideal. I loved the fresh, homemade food-some of the best I tasted in Nicaragua. The service shined, especially thanks to Christian for assisting with our ferry reservation. Communication could have been better. Important information about activities and meal plans wasn't clearly shared, and staff seemed overwhelmed at times with a discomforting atmosphere. I also experienced noise issues from neighboring guests, which disrupted my rest. The hotel is further from the city center than expected, with $20 taxi rides adding up quickly. During my visit, the private beach experience was less than ideal. We were provided an empty cooler, leaving us without water in the heat. While the fine accommodations and serene environment were highlights, some inconsistencies in service was nice. The community vibe is appealing but needs more consideration for paying guests, especially regarding the crowding from day pass visitors, which detracted from the pool's tranquility.

The grounds were fine, with spacious bungalows with large decks perfect. Loved the pool area and the homemade food at the restaurant, a major highlight of our stay. Plus, the staff was helpful, particularly with our shuttle arrangements.

Lots of choices to pick from and the food was top-notch! 🍽️
